Job Summary

A healthcare technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Usability Testing UX Researcher III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and use design research methodologies and insights
  • Interpret research results
  • Ensure product and service design is informed by user insights

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to manage the effective execution of in-person interviews and online testing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Centered Design, Social Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
  • Five years of industry experience as a hands-on UX researcher
  • Passion for User Centered Design
  • Well versed on the latest methodology, study design, and analysis/reporting
  • Portfolio that includes examples of lead role in conducting early user discovery
