Job Summary
A non-profit integrated healthcare system is seeking a Remote User Acceptance Tester.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing and enhancing the quality of Virginia Premier and Optima Health Plan’s provider data
- Working with various stakeholders throughout the organization on projects related to provider data system transitions
- Supporting user acceptance testing, process mapping, design and development of system applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Decision Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration
- 5 years experience working with the department's software packages
- Thorough knowledge of databases, and applicable policies and procedures, monitor system problems and errors to support designated department goals and objectives
