Job Summary
A global technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Assistance Developer 4.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining user assistance and training documentation
- Leading and driving cross-team or cross-LOB projects and initiatives
- Working with development teams to implement code for new user assistance mechanisms
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 8+ years of user assistance development or relevant experience
- Possess a degree, certificate, or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrate understanding of four of the following technologies: XML, XHTML, XSL, DITA, CSS, DOM, RDBMS, CGI, PHP, REST, Java servlets, or XML
- Demonstrate functional knowledge of Windows and Linux or UNIX
