A media and marketing solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote User Engagement and Retention Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring campaign KPIs daily
  • Adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Developing test strategy recommendations

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in developing and managing customer journeys
  • 1 - 3 years of team management experience
  • Strong understanding of an ESP
  • Ability to interpret data to inform actionable insights that inform campaign strategy
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical skills
