Job Summary

A health information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote User Experience and Design Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of designers, researchers, and product owners
  • Improving user experience across existing product suite
  • Representing our users’ needs to transform their experiences

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of design experience leading successful, complex projects at scale
  • 5+ years in design leadership, including teaching, mentoring, and coaching individual contributors
  • 5+ years of product experience
  • Experience with B2B and B2C software
  • Demonstrated experience growing and leading Design and Research teams
