Job Summary
A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote User Experience Department Leader in Saint Louis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and developing self while internalizing leadership feedback
- Building strong relationships across the UX organization, the Technology division, Legal & Compliance teams, and with the extended product leadership team
- Helping drive the firm’s inclusive culture through participation in relevant groups, both internally and externally
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience
- Successful passing of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 18 months from date of hire
- Minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to Technology with at least 3 years of Team Leader
- Understanding of the department’s systems, processes and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills; develops relationships
