Job Summary
A creative design agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Experience Design Agency Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading design efforts that bridge marketing and e-commerce digital experiences
- Making recommendations to improve the user experience and creating new concepts to bring to life
- Providing insights to the product development team and documenting user goals, needs, motivations and pain points
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Information Architecture, HCI, or equivalent project/portfolio experience
- 7+ years designing digital product experiences in an agile development environment
- Experience working with design systems and style guides
- Experience consulting with clients from a variety of disciplines (marketing, product, engineering, etc.)
- Knowledge of Figma and other tools for generating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes
- Ability to advocate for the design process while balancing product requirements and technical capabilities
