Job Summary
A financial transactions services company is filling a position for a Remote User Experience Design Director in Portsmouth.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and leading design activities and teams
- Drawing from the full spectrum of design disciplines
- Building and sustaining collaborative relationships with peer leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Flexibility to work remotely a couple of days a week
- 10+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- 5+ years planning and leading multiple / large-scale / high impact design-centered efforts
- 5+ years of team leadership
- 3+ years leading change in product development methods / practices and groups
- Strong leadership, facilitation and organizational skills
