Job Summary

A financial service and banking company is seeking a Remote User Experience Design System and Design Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning the strategy/design/partnership of their design system between product management, engineering and other groups
  • Being accountable for the performance, quality control, and the results of a group of UX practitioners including design & engineering expertise
  • Helping identify any issues impeding the UX talent and recommending plans of action to remediate

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years in team management
  • 10+ years in design with some mix of front-end development
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Expertise in native mobile or web development
  • Knowledge of the latest UI/UX prototyping tools, trends and best practices
  • Experience with multiple development frameworks and shared libraries
