Job Summary

A home remodeling company that focuses on energy efficiency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Experience Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Implement new styles, interactions, animations, and details
• Maintain and grow our internal design system
• Assess the feasibility of new ideas and help drive innovative ideas forward

Required Skills:

• Ability to attend 3 events per year focused on internal development and improvement
• Expert in modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Ruby on Rails, Sass)
• 3+ years of industry experience in product design
• Solid design sense and experience working closely with design teams
• Experience working with and building design systems
• Knowledge of design approaches, methodologies and lo-fi and high-fi prototyping skills
