Job Summary
A consumer and business credit reporting and marketing service provider is in need of a Remote User Experience Health Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating solutions designed to scale and grow over time
- Designing within a complex application ecosystem to ensure a consistent, compelling, and engaging customer experience
- Leading and overseeing large-scale and complex design projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Human Factors, Visual Design, Cognitive Psychology or related degree, or
- Equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in research, UX, and product design
- Experience working in a product organization, driving products from conception and ideation through launch and beyond over multiple releases
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with ambiguous details and direction
