Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote User Experience Lead Researcher Designer in Sun Prairie.

Must be able to:

  • Lead research and strategy to vet new ideas for technology innovations
  • Pair with other designers and engineers in real time to solve problems
  • Facilitate collaborative client discovery and design workshops

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel as needed to client sites or for testing
  • At least 7 years working on UX designs for clients
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least 2 years experience working with agile Scrum methodologies
  • Track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects
  • Experience designing for complex data systems and enterprise applications
