Job Summary
A digital consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Experience Research Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting planning & execution of product opportunity research, usability tests, surveys, needs assessment & competitive analysis
- Participating in daily research operations
- Proactively involving designers, product managers, and other key stakeholders in the research process
Position Requirements Include:
- Degree in Product Innovation, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Market Research, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of research experience
- Strong bias towards action Interest towards design thinking/lean innovation methods
- Hands-on experience with feedback platforms & tools, including survey/script authoring, programming, dashboarding & data analysis
- Understanding of web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics or equivalent)
