Job Summary
An information technology services company has an open position for a Remote User Experience Research Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build world-class research team, operational practices, and culture
- Establish and execute a vision for the Research function
- Collaborate with partners in Design, Data Science, Product Management, and Engineering
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- PhD or relevant credentials to design, conduct, and report mixed-method research activities
- Minimum 12 years in the field, with solid history of research leadership, publication, and recognition
- Experience leading hybrid teams
- A proven track record working with data science, statistical analysis, and experimentation
- Can deliver actionable insights that will drive product and user experience outcomes
