Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote User Experience Researcher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting discovery activities
- Conducting generative research activities
- Creating generative research artifacts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4-6 years of experience in UX, CX, service design, product design, or commensurate work experience
- Strong understanding of human-centered design strategies, methods, and approaches
- Experience conducting user research
- A portfolio of case studies showing how research had a measured impact on the overall customer experience
- Experience leading research activities for complex business solutions
- Must able to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
