Job Summary
An automotive parts company has a current position open for a Remote User Experience Researcher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Woking closely with the design and product management teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Defining and leading the UX research strategy for a specific product area
- Translating insights into measurable customer experience outcomes aligned to business goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Human Factors
- 3+ years of demonstrated success contributing to the design of successful digital products and services
- Experience with ethnographic techniques, contextual inquiry, user insight generation and methodologies
- Basic grasp of quantitative data analysis and inferential statistics is preferred
- Experience designing and running original experimental research on digital products
