Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote User Experience Researcher II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding and incorporating technical and business requirements into research
- Helping drive change by evangelizing research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations
- Helping promote the user experience research practice
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years' experience conducting hands-on user research in a product environment
- Understanding of and experience with a range of user-centered practices
- Ability to help advocate for user research and engage colleagues and stakeholders new to user research
- Detail-oriented, with experience planning, executing, and analyzing qualitative research projects
- Well-versed in survey software such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or Typeform
- BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or other field
