An application software provider is seeking a Remote User Experience Researcher in Hoboken.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of our customers as well as future prospects
- Inform product development by synthesizing observations into actionable insights
- Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to understand user behavior
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Comfortable applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Experience working on consumer-facing products and services
- Ability to plan, execute and communicate user research within different contexts and project constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field or equivalent
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry
