A financial technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Experience Researcher in Richmond.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and executing research plans, collaborating with stakeholders
- Synthesizing and documenting findings for use by a variety of stakeholders
- Monitoring current experiences, leveraging attitudinal and behavioral data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ experience designing and conducting qualitative UX research for digital products and services
- Quantitative research skills
- Interest in or experience with financial services or serving underserved communities
