Job Summary
A financial services firm is in need of a Remote User Experience Strategist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the needs, pain points, behaviors, and emotions in the audience
- May lead multi-functional teams consisting of contractors and consultants
- Ensure that end users’ experiences feel consistent across digital properties, products and portfolios
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience directly related to user experience or digital products
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science
- Must be able to communicate with impact across multiple audiences
- Knowledge of emerging business models and digital product
