Job Summary

A financial services and investment firm is in need of a Remote User Experience Strategist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Facilitating the implementation of User Experience Chapter defined processes
• Facilitating strategic User Experience methods and activities
• Ensuring that end users’ experiences feel consistent across digital properties, products and portfolios

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience directly related to user experience or digital products
• Knowledge of emerging business models and digital product strategy in the financial services industry
• Excellent thought leadership, collaboration, and motivational skills.
• Must have expertise using multiple User Experience methods
• Must have expertise in planning and facilitation of design thinking methodologies
• Experience with Agile methodologies
