Job Summary
A discount residential real estate company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Experience Technical Lead and Staff Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Apply hands-on coder who can churn out robust, scalable, maintainable and well-tested code
- Be an analytical thinker and active learner, and stay current with industry trends
- Predict the problems of next year and have a plan in place for them now
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of industry experience designing complex systems and being a technical leader.
- Strong expertise with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS.
- Experience working with complex web applications, identifying and solving performance issue
- Experience with front-end and React-specific architectural patterns to write modular reusable code
- Familiar with Enzyme, Less, CSS-Modules, Immer, Style Dictionary, and various other tools/libraries
- The ability to handle ambiguity, communicate well, and empathize with customers
