Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote User Experience User Experience Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Serving as a lead UX researcher to design and conduct generative user research
Serving as a lead UX designer to create personas, journey maps, and low through high fidelity designs
Mentoring other team members regarding design and research best practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

4+ years' experience in user experience research or relevant user experience design
In-depth knowledge of user experience research tools
UX wireframing, prototyping and design spec documentation
Bachelor's degree in psychology, information science, UX design, computer science, related field or equivalent
Expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative research, analysis, and problem solving
