Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote User Experience User Experience Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as a lead UX researcher to design and conduct generative user research
  • Serving as a lead UX designer to create personas, journey maps, and low through high fidelity designs
  • Mentoring other team members regarding design and research best practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years' experience in user experience research or relevant user experience design
  • In-depth knowledge of user experience research tools
  • UX wireframing, prototyping and design spec documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, information science, UX design, computer science, related field or equivalent
  • Expertise in qualitative and/or quantitative research, analysis, and problem solving
