An Internet search engine is seeking a Remote User Insights Lead in Paoli.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating the execution of user insights tasks across the entire company
- Leading quantitative studies
- Leading qualitative studies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Expect to travel at least twice a year
- Proven success in designing, running, and analyzing multiple quantitative and qualitative studies
- Proven success leading a team of researchers and coordinating between other teams and project leaders
- Significant experience with A/B and multivariate testing, survey design, and qualitative user testing
- Expertise with R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, Statista, SQL, Tableau or similar tools
- Strategic and analytical thinking
