Job Summary

A cloud-based digital banking solutions company is filling a position for a Remote User Interface User Experience Design Manager.

Must be able to:

• Evangelize and enforce the use of our Design System in the lending product lines, where appropriate
• Provide coaching, direction and guidance to a small international team of UX Designers
• Develop quarterly objectives for your UX Designers that align with high-level UX team goals

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Persuasion and influencing skills
• Knowledgeable in human-centered design processes as applied to product and software development lifecycles
• Typically requires 1-2 years managing and developing employees
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Information Architecture, HCI
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
