Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote User Research Operations and Program Management Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Lead and manage a Research Ops team
• Collaborate with research leadership to establish, implement, and communicate compelling processes and organizational operations
• Lead and optimize end-to-end programs for engaging and delivering work to Product and Business team stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• 8-10 years minimum of relevant work experience in Operations Management or Program Management
• Strong operational experience in identifying problems and developing solutions at scale to gain efficiencies and foster productivity
• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent work experience
• Bonus: Experience working with research, analytics, or technical environments and experience with working with geographically-distributed teams
