Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote User Researcher to join its Global Advertising Research & Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead qualitative studies, including interviews, usability testing, and concept evaluations focused on the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Balance large-scale foundational research with rapid design evaluations to inform product and UX decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to refine research briefs and translate user data into compelling narratives
Required Qualifications
  • Expert-level execution of qualitative methodologies such as interviews and usability testing
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to refine research briefs and align with business goals
  • 4-7 years of experience managing the entire research lifecycle independently
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry-standard research tools like UserInterviews, UserTesting, and dscout
