An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Retention Program Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working cross functionality to coordinate plays to improve customer health
- Identifying trending pain points and escalating to corresponding departments
- Assisting in buildout and running of User Recognition program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or Organizational Change Management
- 0-3 years in a coordinator or customer facing role
- Ability to comprehend and discuss technical issues with internal and external resources
- Excellent English written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and context switching
- Ability to set timelines and hit deadlines
