An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote User Retention Program Coordinator.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 0-3 years in a coordinator or customer facing role
  • Ability to comprehend and discuss technical issues with internal and external resources
  • Excellent English written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and context switching
  • Ability to set timelines and hit deadlines
