An education technology company has an open position for a Remote User Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Respond to email tickets and help us take our company-wide user support systems and processes to the next level
- Supervise two part-time user support team members, oversee our user support processes, and respond to request tickets yourself
- Craft professional and friendly customer-centric communications to respond to support requests on a variety of platforms, including email and Facebook messages
