An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote User Support Specialist in Jersey City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Intake, analyze, research, and explain technical troubleshooting solutions
- Assist all stakeholders
- Successfully translate complex technical information/instructions into a simple language
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven experience in solving complex challenges
- 1+ years of user support experience
- Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
- Experience with multi-tasking in a high-energy environment
- Technically inclined
