Job Summary

A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote User Testing Senior Consultant .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a liaison between business operations and the IT team
  • Assessing, evaluating and resolving pharmacy operations system and technology issues
  • Providing support to Business Owners and Business Leads in delivery of key Operations Technology initiatives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of pharmacy operations experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in pharmacy operations
  • Advanced level skill in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Previous project management experience
  • Experience leading or supporting new technology/process solutions and new projects implementation.
