Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Utilities Agent in North Charleston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering inbound calls
• Placing outbound calls
• Building lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent
• Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
• Ability to take active role in educating customers about clients products and services
• Ability to understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics
• Ability to strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs
