Remote Utilities Collector

Job Summary

Working remotely within CST/MST time zones, the part-time hourly Remote Utilities Collector will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide account updates, and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts
• Provide accurate account updates on computer files for each interaction
• Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers in finding payment solutions
