Job Summary

A full-service utility submetering company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Utility Bill Harvest Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Obtaining bills from providers via online, email, or phone
• Setting up accounts for e-bill and email
• Reviewing automated processes for errors and report those errors to IT

Required Skills:

• Being proficient in navigating through multiple different computer programs
• Being comfortable on the phone
• Being able to prioritize workload to ensure the most important tasks are completed first
• Having experience navigating websites
