Job Summary
A business services company is seeking a Remote Utility Bill Service Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and processing various incoming phone calls
- Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school or GED required
- Successfully complete initial on-the-job training, as well as any new product or on-going training
- Minimum one year customer service or sales experience required
- Training will be from 9am to 5:30pm CST starting June 22nd, Monday-Friday for 5 weeks
