Job Summary
A utility consultancy is filling a position for a Remote Utility Grid Dispatch Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Becoming an expert in executing dispatches across grid operator and utility programs.
- Maintaining a state of readiness to receive dispatches from grid operators and utilities.
- Leading seamless internal communication during dispatches
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to ensure swift diagnosis, action, and resolution on lessons learned coming out of each dispatch
- Can work cross functionally to ensure key program milestones are complete ahead of season start dates
- Can ensure customer onboarding is completed fully and in a timely manner
- Able to become an expert in dispatching Peak Saver programs
