A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Utility Industry Instructional Designer in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinating activities associated with delivery of learning curriculum
• Providing detailed operational and logistic support to OE training functions
• Analyzing course effectiveness based on observations/student feedback

Required Skills:

• Must be available to go to sites to meet with SME's as needed
• Instructional design & elearning development using storyline
• Technical writing skills
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Typically possesses 7+ years of experience developing and/or delivering training
