Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Utilization Management Compliance Administration Coordinator 2.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collecting and analyzing data daily, weekly, monthly or as needed to assess outcome and operational metrics
- Working within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards
- Following standard policies/practices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
- 1 or more years of Administrative, Healthcare or Customer Service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace
