Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Utilization Review Health Care Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing an evaluation of the medical data for the request
- Collecting additional relevant data as needed to make a decision on medical necessity
- Analyzing the collected data to determine medical necessity as per evidence-based guidelines
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid LVN, RN, DC, or PT license in good standing with no restrictions
- Possesses and can demonstrate the professional and technical skills of a Registered Nurse
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills
