Bridging the gap between complex financial concepts and user-friendly content, the contract Remote UX Content Writer will create engaging digital experiences while collaborating with various stakeholders in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Adopt a client-centric approach to writing, enhancing engagement through personalized video
• Translate complex legal and business requirements into easily understood content while ensuring regulatory accuracy
• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and UX teams to develop effective digital content

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience writing digital content
• Experience writing digital content for financial services, preferably in retirement services
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
