Job Summary
A computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote UX Design Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the vision and blueprint for web design projects
- Working with internal teams to define and measure KPIs for the corporate website
- Managing the UX/UI design team
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years experience in UX strategy, web design, digital marketing, analytics; in-house or agency side
- 8+ years working closely with developer teams
- 6+ years directly managing web or UX designers
- Experience managing and evaluating outside creative and digital agencies
- Able to define digital strategies that extend across business units, product teams, and geographic segments
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, CMS
