Job Summary

A design and branding agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote UX Design Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the digital transformation and technical discovery of projects
• Confidently and eloquently present creative work and lead ideation sessions with client teams and project partners
• Effectively speak to the current digital landscape and present a strong perspective on the future of digital/physical space

Qualifications Include:

• Must be willing to work EST business hours
• 8+ years experience in UI/UX design
• 4+ years leading and managing design teams
• Some experience within an agency setting
• Understanding of user-centric design processes and methodologies, and implementing digital solutions in physical space
• Experienced in distilling complex ideas and technical concepts into succinct, consumer-facing ones
