Job Summary

An online learning platform is filling a position for a Remote UX Design Head in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Establishing and enforcing visual and UX design direction for our software products
  • Building, managing and coaching a new design team, from the ground up
  • Developing design processes and systems to be used across all variations of our software products

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to travel to Chicago for quarterly team meetings
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interface Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design or related field
  • 4 years of professional experience in UX design, UI design, information architect or similar role
  • 7+ years of experience in a Graphic Design or Visual Design role, either in-house or agency
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with HTML/CSS
