A marketing and consulting company is in need of a Remote UX Design Lead in Arlington.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Guiding & organizing discovery, research & data synthesis to identify critical user insights & develop hypotheses to design experiences
- Proposing optimizations and creative approaches to systems that can drive users’ needs
- Delivering high-quality work through managing others
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent visioning skills, i.e. strategic illustration for future outcomes
- Deep understanding of user research and testing
- Data and insights analysis to determine experience success metrics & KPIs
- Leading projects from start to finish
- Complex system mapping and process mapping
- Mapping user journeys and interactive flows
