Job Summary
An education software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote UX Designer in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing research and design projects and delegate work to contractors when required
- Conducting user research and apply a variety of testing techniques to gather feedback on new ideas and features
- Leading the design of new experiences, interactions, and features in close partnership with our PMs and developers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of UX and product design experience
- Experience in prototyping and design tools such as Balsamiq, UXPin, Illustrator, and Sketch
- Strong portfolio of user research and design projects
- Strong project management and time management
- Strong communication skills allowing efficient communication in English with your team members
- Practical ability to write clear, concise summaries and recommendations of user research and testing
