Job Summary

A communications company is filling a position for a Remote UX Research Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and customer facing stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Grow our user research and insights capability as our product teams and portfolio expand, establishing an effective and continuous user engagement process
• Plan, organize, execute and summarize user interaction sessions and workshops as necessary to support UX research activities

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience conducting UX research and analysis for software, SaaS solutions
• Substantial experience conducting semi-structured interviews and usability studies, both live and remotely
• Demonstrable experience analyzing user feedback in both qualitative quantitative formats: user research, a/b tests and other data driven methodologies
• Ability to deliver quickly, reacting to tactical high impacting changes and switch quickly to being more strategic, project planning
• Meticulous attention to detail in execution of consistent, compelling work
