A healthcare corporation is filling a position for a Remote UX Research Intern.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing and conducting studies on users and assess Covid attitudes
  • Identifying and prioritizing knowledge gaps
  • Helping with service design on how the product is implemented with our end customers

Required Skills:

  • Has experience as a researcher for qualitative research studies or research projects
  • Is well versed with HCI/HCD concepts and UX principles
  • Leans heavily into quantitative and qualitative data investigation, collection, statistical analysis, and communication
  • Experience and passion for metrics and dashboards visualization that clearly show impact of data
