Job Summary
A marketing company is seeking a Remote UX Research Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and reviewing screeners to ensure they will lead to qualified participants
- Working with various 3rd party vendors to obtain quotes for recruitment
- Ensuring on-time project completion and quality of deliverable(s)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in working in an agency or consulting environment
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, manage and communicate work on multiple projects
- Outstanding Excel skills with ability to work with large datasets in spreadsheets
- Experience with scheduling, calendar management, survey and collaboration tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
