Remote UX Researcher
Job Summary
Owning the execution arc for tactical qualitative studies, the part-time Remote UX Researcher will scope research questions, draft discussion guides, and moderate sessions while contributing to a Custom Research Panel focused on advertiser insights.
Key responsibilities
- Scope research questions and match them to appropriate panel study formats
- Draft discussion guides, screeners, and task protocols, ensuring UXR review before fielding
- Moderate live and asynchronous research sessions, coding data and producing findings for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of qualitative research execution experience, including in-depth interviews and usability testing
- Fluency in remote moderation techniques
- Experience in analysis, synthesis, and drafting readouts for Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- B2B or SMB research background is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-native research tools is advantageous
