Job Summary
A software engineering company is in need of a Remote UX Researcher.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Planning strategy for outreach to find feedback participants
- Prioritizing research projects based on team needs and goals, balancing research team capacity
- Planning and facilitating feedback sessions based on product team's questions and goals
Qualifications Include:
- Experience with quantitative methods such as surveys, tree testing, etc
- Minimum 5 years experience planning and facilitating a range of research types from usability testing
- Experience collaborating with technology product teams
- Problem-solving skills making tools and techniques work for projects, and adjusting when unexpected things go wrong
